Armand is a fully qualified lawyer with more than 5 years of professional experience in litigation and public law matters gained by assisting and representing both national and international clients in front of national courts and state authorities, in a wide range of civil, administrative and commercial litigation. Armand has also been involved in company restructuring and M&A projects, assisting clients on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters, enforcement proceedings, intellectual property and tax related issues.

Having a client-oriented approach, Armand gained extensive knowledge in various sectors, such as energy, oil & gas, construction and FMCG.

Armand holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Bucharest, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
