Ion is a pleading attorney who has represented Romanian and foreign clients in disputes both in front of courts of general jurisdiction and in front of arbitration tribunals. His expertise includes assisting and representing clients in litigation proceedings especially in the field of commercial law, civil law, insolvency proceedings and tax law.

Ion has extensive expertise in public law and administrative disputes, providing legal assistance and representation to clients both as regards the interaction with public authorities and the challenge of administrative decisions in court. Moreover, Ion has successfully represented clients in front of the European Court of Human Rights as regards infringements pursuant to court cases related to the non-compliant conduct of public authorities.

Ion holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Bucharest, as well as a Master’s Degree in Judicial Expertise.
