Lorena is co-founding partner of the firm and member of the Bucharest Bar.

She has more than 8 years of experience in business law and dispute resolution, coordinating a large number of litigation proceedings, as well as complex transactions. She has successfully handled complicated cases, mainly involving public law and administrative disputes, public procurement and tax litigation, as well as commercial disputes both in front of national courts and in arbitration. Lorena has successfully assisted clients in front of national authorities and she has been providing day-to-day advice to clients mainly focusing on the energy, construction & real estate, healthcare, security and FMCG sectors.

Prior to founding Lawhouse, Lorena worked in top tier national and international law firms being involved in high profile projects on the market.

Lorena studied at the University of Bucharest and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, as well as a Master’s Degree in International Arbitration.
