Mădălina is a fully qualified lawyer with more than 4 years of experience, providing legal advice and representation to foreign and national clients in front of Romanian courts in commercial, administrative, civil and criminal law matters. 

Mădălina also has a comprehensive legal expertise in employment matters.  She  gained experience as a dispute resolution lawyer by providing legal assistance for clients in the healthcare industry, as well as for central and local public institutions.  Mădălina has a significant experience in assisting clients acting in various fields such as energy, retail, industry, pharma regarding commercial and civil matters related to day-to-day business activities, as well as employment issues.

Mădălina graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, where she also obtained a Master’s degree in Employment Law.
